How promptly can you deliver my gift to a Hong Kong
address?
We accept same-day deliveries, provided the order is made before 5pm. However
during peak periods, longer lead times are required. Please refer to our Local Delivery Schedule for detailed information. In addition, when
placing your order, you will be prompted if the delivery date you selected is
not accepted.

When is delivery service not available?
We will not be able to deliver when Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rain warnings are hoisted. Delivery service is also not available on the first 2 days of Chinese New Year.

What are peak periods and when do they occur?
Peak periods are when we handle high volumes of orders, such as Chinese New Year
and Valentine's Day. During these periods, we offer only one (9am to 5pm) or
two timeslots (9am to 5pm or 7pm to 10pm) for delivery. |
