Requests for exchange can be made via the

Return of Perishable Goods |
| |
|
For perishable goods such as flowers, fruits, gourmet chocolates
and cakes, request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. |

Goods must not have been consumed, or for flowers, removed from their original
packaging. |

Return of Non-Perishable Goods |
| |
|
For non-perishable goods such as table fountains, electrical
appliances and baby gears that may be delivered defective, request for exchange
must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
