Terms & Conditions

• Christmas tree delivery date is schedule on 28 Nov to 9 Dec (according to district).
  • Hong Kong Island: Nov 26, Nov 30, Dec 4, Dec 8 & Dec 11
  • Kowloon (Inlcuding Saikung, Tsung Kwn O): Nov 27, Dec 1, Dec 5, Dec 9 & Dec 12
  • New Territories (Including Kwai Tsing & Others): Nov 24, Nov 28, Dec 2, Dec 6, Dec 10 & Dec 13
  • Tung Chung / Ma Wan (Including Airport & Discovery Bay): Nov 25, Nov 29, Dec 3 & Dec 7
• Delivery time: 9 am - 7 pm (no specific delivery time)
  
• Delivery time to Ma Wan: 10 am - 4 pm
• For deliveries arranged outside the above designated days, an additional delivery fee of HK$500 will be charged.
• Special circumstances such as the elevator cannot reach the delivery location directly (stairs are required for transportation) or the vehicle cannot drive to the door of the village house/villa will require additional charges.
• Extra delivery charge:
  • Buildings without lift or only accessible through staircases:
    • HK$100 per floor for 4' - 7' tree
    • HK$150 per floor for 7' - 8' tree
    • HK$200 per floor for 9' - 10' tree
  • No refund on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed date HK$500 for re-delivery charge.
  • If the arranged delivery date needs to be changed, an additional delivery fee of HK$500 will be charged.
    
• Christmas tree recycling charge: HK$400 for each tree. 
•  All Christmas tree sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Unhealthy Trees Definition

• A tree is considered unhealthy if it is delivered in a visibly deteriorated condition due to factors prior to delivery, such as severe wilting, significant discoloration, or pest infestation. This does not include issues arising from improper care or maintenance after delivery by the customer.

By purchasing a live Christmas tree from us, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary.
