Each arrangement is designed and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition.

Local Delivery
General Orders
Delivery within Hong Kong is chargeable based on delivery area. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

Order before 12pm -> Earliest Delivery 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Order before 12pm -> Earliest Delivery 7pm-10pm
Order before 6pm -> Earliest Delivery 9am – 1pm

Look out for changes to delivery hours. We get a lot busier at during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Xmas, Chinese New Year and Mid Autumn Festival.

Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge are based on delivery area will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.

Typhoon No. 8 and Black Rain
During Typhoon 8 and Black Rain, deliveries will be suspended to ensure the safety of our delivery team. Deliveries will be resumed as soon as the notices are taken down. 

International Delivery
Global deliveries are made to locations outside of Hong Kong. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.

Limitation of Liability:
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein,'s liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.

The customer shall not seek from the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

Seasonal and Peak Season Delivery Charges
Peak periods are when we handle high volumes of orders, such as Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. During these periods, we offer only one (9am to 7pm) timeslots for delivery. During peak and seasonal periods, the normal delivery fee may subject to changes and/or increase without further notice. You may wish to check the delivery fee at the billing page during checkout or call us at +85281241221 to enquire further.

Seasonal periods: 9 February to 16 February and 2nd week of May. Peak periods : 3 to 4 weeks leading up to Chinese New Year and Christmas.
